Serving size

Suggested serving size 2 capsules 

To be taken in the morning with a glass of water. 

If using for the 1st time we recommend starting of with 1 capsule per day for the 1st week then upping to two capsules. You may experience an increase in wind for the first few days this is normal and should subside after taking for 5-7 days.

Why Refrigeration?

Our products contain no chemical preservatives. Some probiotics don't require refrigeration because they're chemically preserved, but we choose to keep our formula pure and natural.
