Dietary suitability: suitable for vegetarians; not suitable for vegans because the vitamin D3 is derived from lanolin.

Directions for use
Adults: take 1 capsule every 5 days with water, preferably with food, or as directed by a healthcare professional. Do not exceed the recommended intake.
Each capsule contains 250 µg (10,000 IU) vitamin D. This exceeds the NHS adult daily upper limit of 100 µg (4,000 IU) if taken daily. Do not use as a daily-dose supplement. Seek professional advice before using this high-strength product or combining it with other vitamin D supplements.
