This food supplement combines ferrous bisglycinate chelate with inulin from chicory root. Each capsule provides 14 mg of elemental iron, covering 100% of the Nutrient Reference Value (NRV).

Ingredients:
 Inulin (from Chicory Root, Cichorium intybus L.); Ferrous Bisglycinate Chelate (providing 14 mg elemental iron per capsule); Natural Pullulan Capsule (plant-based, free from gelatin, additives, and preservatives).

Suggested Use:

• Take 1 capsule daily with water, preferably with food.
