Nutri Nature Plant Sterols combines a 95% phytosterol concentrate with vegan pullulan capsules. Made in the UK in small batches, with no added fillers, binders or artificial preservatives.

Plant sterols contribute to the maintenance of normal blood cholesterol levels.
The beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of at least 0.8 g of plant sterols. Two capsules provide 0.95 g (950 mg).

How to take
Adults aged 18+: take 2 capsules daily with water and a meal. Do not exceed the recommended daily intake.
Important information
This product is not intended for people who do not need to control their blood cholesterol level. Avoid consuming more than 3 g of added plant sterols or stanols per day from all foods and supplements combined.
- If taking cholesterol-lowering medication, use only under medical supervision.
- May not be nutritionally appropriate for pregnant or breastfeeding women and children under 5. This product is for adults aged 18+ only.
- Use as part of a varied, balanced diet, including regular fruit and vegetables to help maintain carotenoid levels, and a healthy lifestyle. Food supplements should not replace a varied, balanced diet.
